Mr Oluseyi Obadare: President NCAKM

Oluseyi has been the president of the NCAKM since inception in2017. He was the National President of all Nigerians in the UK from 2016 to 2019 under the flagship of the National Association of Nigerian Communities (NANC) UK. He has been an active community champion since 2013 and has continually supported the development of the Nigerian community in Kent and Medway.

Mr  Obadare holds a masters degree in international HRM and currently works as an Area Sales Manager within the Insurance Industry. His hard work and commitment has earned him numerous awards both in his work place as well as his community where he serves.

Oluseyi sits on numerous leadership boards; He is a School Governor, Chairman of a Political Party in his local Constituency Chatham, a Minister in the RCCG UK, a Company Director, a pioneer of the Heart of Gold charity initiative for the elderly and vulnerable people, an Ex-Officio of his university Alunmi OSU-OOU, an Assistant General Secretary of his Secondary School Alunmi FEGOCOOSA UK etc.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Oluseyi received a letter of gratitude from her majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent, The Lady Colgrain for his exemplary volunteer work.

He is married to Oluwaseun and they are blessed with 4 children (Tammy, Tiwa, Debbie and Timi).

Pastor Segun Akinbadewa studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Lagos and has lived in Medway for many years.

He has a keen interest in Renewables and has been involved in the design, installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic power systems in the UK and abroad.

He is also involved with Light the Way Overseas Missions and part of the leadership team at The Kings Church Chatham.

Paul is married to Denise with 2 children, Jesse and Kemi.

A versatile leader, Omolola is a minister, local community councilor, enterprenuer, founder and chief operating officer of Magdalene Ministry and Magdalene Ministry job board providing employment and business opportunities locally and internationally. Operating in UK, Nigeria and different part of the world.

Founder of From the Sofa Community Matters live updates every Sunday on issues affecting our communities on Facebook. The ministry also tackles the issues of loneliness, isolation, food poverty and food wastage within our communities. She is the Chair of multi-Faith, school governor, Union activist fighting social injustice and a voice for the voiceless. Ambassador for children living in poverty locally and internationally. Mother and grandma Councilor Omolola works in the housing sector in the United Kingdom.

Mr John Osa Inneh: NCAKM Welfare Director

Mr John Osa Inneh at the community level is the welfare director of the Nigerian Community Association Kent and Medway communities UK (NCAKM).  Mr John Osa Inneh is also serving at the UK central level at the Welfare Director of the National Association of Nigerian Communities UK (NANCUK). 

He has succeeded in building a cohesive NANC welfare unit that correlates the general welfare of all NANC communities in assisting and implementing community initiatives designed for the improvement of Nigerians in the UK.  He currently works with other UK welfare organizations and support groups to facilitate welfare programmes to create awareness in areas like health, education, cultural and economic empowerment, and add support for the elderly and the vulnerable etc. 

The welfare unit under his leadership is remarkably known for championing the NANC COVID – 19 pandemic in the UK and the NANC 2018 Gun and Knife crime programme for Nigerian youth in the UK.  Before his relocation from the inner London area, he served as the Director of Programmes in Nigerian National Community (NNC) London from 2014 to 2018, responsible for:

The organization and management of NNC welfare programs. Coordinating other NNC partnering organizations/community leaders on NNC Projects. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting to NNC executive committee to ensure they are abreast with up-to-date programs information.

Prince Adedapo Araromi is a Senior Financial Adviser (Area of specialty is INSURANCE). He has received several awards for protecting several people.

He is a First class graduate Bsc in Business management, a community leader in UK, a fantastic MC and Lifestyle coach, an inspirational speaker and the European President of Yabatech Alumni.

Prince is the Co Founder of (Just a little help) (JALH) a COMMUNITY based charity organization making a difference within our community. He is a father of two lovely daughters, a loving husband and passionate about changing peoples’ lives.

Adesoji Soda is a duly qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with over 10 years legal work experience gained from reputable Law Firms in London and Sheffield.

Adesoji has obtained various academic degree qualifications which include B.sc Political Science (OSU/OOU 1995), LLB (University of Luton (now Bedfordshire) (2006), and LLM (University of West London, 2012).

He possesses a general legal background which includes Immigration, Conveyance, Family and Litigation. Adesoji is currently the Head of Immigration Department at Atlantic Solicitors. He is passionate about immigration and has constantly followed up developments in areas of UK Immigration Law which pertains to Human Rights, European Union law, Asylum, Deportation and point Based System (PBS).
